How to delete your account

1. On the website: sign in and open Account → Profile, scroll to Delete account, enter your password and confirm.
2. In the eSiddhi app: open the Account tab → Profile → Delete account, enter your password and confirm.
3. Cannot sign in? Email customercare@esiddhi.com from the email address of your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will delete it and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your name, email address and phone number on the account, and your password
• Saved addresses, wishlist, shopping cart and reviews
• Notification settings for your phone and back-in-stock alerts
• Your newsletter sign-up and any reward points

What we keep, and why

Orders, invoices, returns and support conversations are kept as business and tax records, as the law in India requires us to do (typically for several years). They are no longer linked to a sign-in: the account behind them is anonymised, but the order itself still shows the delivery details you gave for that order.

When we cannot delete it yet

If an order is on its way, a return is still open, or an order is waiting for payment, we ask you to wait until it is finished, so nothing in progress is lost. Contact customer care if you need it sooner.
