Delivery Policy

At eSiddhi, we pride ourselves on fast, reliable delivery across India. Here is everything you need to know about how your order gets to you.

Delivery Timeline

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of placement. Once dispatched, delivery takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location. Metro cities (Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune) generally receive orders within 5 days. Orders to Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities or remote pin codes may take the full 7 days.

We process orders Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification with your tracking number and the name of the courier partner. You can use this tracking number on the courier's website to follow your order in real time.

If you do not receive a tracking notification within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us at customercare@esiddhi.com with your order number.

Courier Partners

We ship through trusted courier partners including Shiprocket, Delhivery, and Blue Dart, depending on your pin code and order size. The courier assigned to your order will be indicated in your dispatch notification.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders across most pin codes in India. For COD orders, please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the package. If a COD order is not accepted at delivery, it will be returned to us and a re-delivery fee may apply for any subsequent delivery attempt.

Pincode Serviceability

Delivery is available across most serviceable pin codes in India. If your pin code is not serviceable at checkout, please contact us at customercare@esiddhi.com and we will do our best to find an alternative delivery arrangement.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping is available on orders above ₹499. A nominal shipping charge applies to orders below ₹499. The exact shipping charge, if any, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Delays

While we guarantee every effort to meet the estimated delivery window, occasional delays can occur due to weather events, national holidays, courier network disruptions, or remote location constraints. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us at customercare@esiddhi.com and we will investigate immediately.
